Makes it a lot easier, doesn't it? Have zero faith in any politicians, then be pleasantly surprised if they ever do anything non-corrupt or *gasp* GOOD.
But that badly raised kid could be changed if you let them continue down the same path then yes he will still be be.

Wow....must've missed the news on this one. Last I saw, he was still trying to get back minutes 14 & 15 of his fame...
