This is what's wrong with the world. Dad gets charged while 23 year old perv gets off

The kid should thank his lucky stars he didn't do that to my daughter. I really don't know what I would have done, but it would probably be far worse than what this guy did

TEMECULA, Calif. -- An angry father is accused of using a stun gun on a 23 year old man who sent his 17 year old daughter an explicit cell phone picture.

Uhh, while I think the 23 year-old should have definitely been punished, the dad kidnapped and assaulted the guy, and definitely deserves to be prosecuted. Vigilantism is illegal in this country for a reason, as is kidnapping, assault and torture. Ridiculous to be offended that this guy is going to get jail time - it is well deserved.

Maybe the Dad was ahead of the state of California, and knowing that the little perv would probably get off, decided to teach him a lesson.

One, the "kid" was stupid enough to come to the house, a true case of Darwinism.

Two, the Dad should have applied the taser to the photographed areas.

Either way, I'll bet he never does it again
