We have something like that on our water bill. Our actual water usage is like 8-10 dollars but they add some BS drainage fee which is around 40 dollars a month. We don't use a ton of water either...
We're at Myrtle beach in the RV for a month golfing until we drop. It's biker week which is cool to see.
