I still wish we'd played our starters in the final game that year. 33% of our sacks that season came in that one game as the backups played. 6 sacks in 15 games, 9 in 16. While 9 is still amazing...

Two reasons:
1. He's badass still at 34 and most coaches want a guy like Fletcher on their team.
2. This team has so many holes to fill, the last thing then need to worry...
There is zero available metric other than peer review as to whether or not a position coach is a "good" coach or not. The fact that this guy was still in the NFL is a fantastic sign.
We'll probably do two separate contests next season...one picking just the winners as we did this year, the other using point spreads....twice the fun :)
What is he 12? He looks younger than our QB. Having young and hungry coaches can be a good thing. I don't really care how young he is as long as he does a good job.
