I'm betting the groomsmen are not going to be getting bottles!!! It would make me sick to give a bottle of this to somebody that mixed it with coke!!

I noticed Jr. was getting a lot of "okay" to "mediocre" reviews... are these people drinking the same stuff???

I declined buying it a couple times because of lukewarm reviews. My friend Larry finally picked up a bottle and we tried it and were blown away. I have no idea what to make of those reviews. I don't get it.

i can only think pf a couple things. Some were upset the Stagg name was being used for a 50 dollar bourbon, the other is its a very sweet bourbon very light on leather or wood taste. A lot of reviewers love the wood taste. It might be the sweetness minus the wood they they didn't like. It's a perfect storm for me. I love it.

Also, its funny - I love the whiskey bitch, even though when people who drink wine say the things she says, I immediately write them off as pompous and pretentious assholes, lol. I do think a lot of the things she finds are a bit...meh (lingon berries? COME ON)...but I guess whiskey makes everything okay. :)

I ignore all that, with her just look at how much is left in the bottle. Almost empty? Great drink. Almost full? Pass

plus she's just damn entertaining.
