Also the 2016 True Grit was fantastic. Much better than the John Wayne version, imo.
Edit..forgot to mention..El Mariachi.

loved both, but duke,s stands out for me.I wouldn't say better, but a great remake. Jeff Bridges plays the part much rougher and more realistically than John Wayne did back in the day. I think the girl in the remake was superior. They both have their charms.
I feel like Charles Bronson is an overlooked/underrated bad ass. Great movie, another one of his I really liked was Breakheart PassOnce Upon a Time in the West should be on any list. Henry Fonda plays one of the scariest bad guys ever (right up there with Javier Bardem in 'No Country for Old Men')
loved very bronson flick i saw.forget the one where he put a rattlesnake on a dude,s neck in a diner.I feel like Charles Bronson is an overlooked/underrated bad ass. Great movie, another one of his I really liked was Breakheart Pass
that was a bad comedy.Where’s the love for Three Amigos?
only young frankenstein as a comedy comes close and maybe spaceballs.my dad took 11 year old me to bs at 11. it was rated r too. lolFrom a realism standpoint - Open Range.
From a comedy standpoint - Blazing Saddles, and it is even close.
