Good deal getting a 6th for a RB we weren't gonna use. Being a BAMA boy I don't see why BR fell out of favour with Quinn. Of course if it were up to me the entire roster would be filled with BAMA players. I wish him well in San Fran. (y)

Alongside McCaffrey ( certainly a change of pace ) thats going to make for a nice combo with Robinson getting more of the short yardage and goal line, I assume.

Oh agreed. What Iā€™m saying is he never tripped that emotional beat in me that made me a ā€˜fanā€™ if you know what I mean.
 
Maybe Mods can rename the title to alert visitors that the shoe dropped.

Are we all 100% convinced a 7th has taken McNichols job? Coaches clearly like him. But fantasy guys LOVE BCM.
 
Sure.

I couldn't help but root for him (be a fan) his rookie year. It wasn't ever that I thought he'd be a star for us, but that I was hoping he could make it back from that gunshot wound and admired his determination and grit.

BRob seemed like a good guy to root for but he's not what this offense needs. With JD we are a quick strike type team and BRob is not that.

Good luck in SF except when you play us.
 
Committee, not only in the run game, I think is going to be the story of the ā€˜25 Commanders. There is a staple of fairly legitimate contributors at RB, OL, DL, and in the secondary. Not necessarily stars, but very solid contributors. This yearā€™s roster has the potential to exemplify the true meaning of team more so than any other in recent memory, and ultimately is a sign of depth throughout the 53 for the most part.
 
The fact that we got a 6th instead of a 7th kind of implies there was a little competition for BRob imo, or we at least were able to sell it like there was. Maybe the Dolphins offered a 7th?
