We turned over all but a handful of coaches. 61% roster turnover. This is a completely different team and franchise. I guess you missed the memo.

I will say that I was surprised how "light" practices were when I attended. The first time I went I expected to be awed and expected them to do things at a rate I could not possibly do. There was a ton of downtime and just standing around and that was with Gibbs! So, while I'd actually be for more two-a-days and think it actually would benefit the modern player, the problem is not with the coaches or training staffs, but the players' union. The deal they negotiated enforces a very small number of two-a-days and limits even padded practices. I think this is a hell made out of good intentions as I think more practice would benefit teams early in the season. So many start the year where their first few regular season games are about as sharp as preseason ones used to be. This is obviously even more true for teams with first year coaching staffs. You can't drill something into muscule memory if you hardly drill.

What do you think of training camp being moved to Ashburn vs having the team bond in Carlisle?

Why Carliisle and not Frostburg or Richmond? You’re living too far in the past.

Any of those work - but the team has been too comfortable. Practicing in the elements when its rainy and cold was also something Gibbs did in his first run.

Dang if only the Eagles weren’t so much more conditioned than us

Jalen Hurts is clearly not conditioned yet. Watch out for the Eagles poaching some of our staff this offseason.

Never would have guessed the 4th quarter would pan out as it did. I'm elated.

Whos conditioning will be better next week - Daniels or Penix.

I have been conditioning my underarms and it is definitely helping the strength of my odor

I actually don’t think this is true. Becuase they hold training camp at Ashburn, they have jumped through all kinds of hoops, putting the team in a hotel, busing them around, etc. I don’t think it’s comfortable at all. Quite to the contrary.

That said, Quinn indicated he preferred to go somewhere for training camp. So I would expect they will travel somewhere. I doubt Richmond. The facilities were apparently sub-par, Bruce Allen design stuff.

But I’d guess they will go somewhere.

Who have improved more in their willingness to battle from 2024? The Falcons, or us? Who will follow the Warriors Code the best this coming week? We beat Atlanta last year, but that probably doesn't mean much.

We have an advantage in seeing some tape on Penix. Sometimes, the second game is much harder than the first for a rookie/backup QB.

Are any of you concerned about Marshon Lattimores strength and conditioning after battling Brown yesterday? Is an 80% Lattimore better than a 100% St Juste against the Falcons?

Not concerned if Lattimore isn't 100%. 80% of him is better than the ham sandwich that St. Juste is.

He won't play if he's not 100 percent.
Quinn has been pretty consistent in that regard.

I’m not concerned at all about his strength and conditioning.

I’m concerned he seems to have an issue with getting a pulled hamstring and that needs to stop.

And I don’t think that’s necessarily indicative of a conditioning problem. I think it’s a “some people are more susceptible to hamstring injuries than others thing
