NFL Pickem 2011!

I was feeling badly about being 8-6 until I saw that is what Jimbo has as well. Hey, if I'm as good as the two time defending champ... :D
 
For one day, I am claiming my championship. I have to hurry up and claim it because if Denver beats Oakland, I'd be in a 3 way tie (we all picked NE). 12-2...not a bad start.

now I just have to break out my lucky quarter to flip and see who wins next week :)
 
10-4, not bad. Will be 12-4 after New England & Oakland take care of business tonight. :)
 
Off to my usual slow start but it's a marathon, not a sprint. I'll pick it up. ;)
 
I'm pleased with a 9-5 start in week 1. The first week is always the toughest. And gbear, 12-2 is ginormous for the first week. Congrats, bro.

22 guys so far, almost 1/2 the field, picked 10 winners and potentially 12. I'm telling you, this is the most competitive Pickem game anywhere. Starting right back where we left off the past two seasons.

Wow, I've gone 7-7 thus far and got throttled in fantasy yesterday 114 to 56.

Had it not been for the Redskins winning yesterday, my employer may have been sending out a missing person alert this morning.

What a rough week! :(

Man, you'd think 12-4 would be really good in a pick-em league, but there are 12 people who did that well or better! My goodness! Congrats to gbear, 14-2 is ridiculous, especially in week 1. The ever-silent tugboat at 13-3 is phenomenal too - if I had been a homer and taken Washington, I'd be there with ya! Damn!

Not to mention, two people (IronMike & Dik Shuttle) predicted the MNF total points perfectly. This is gonna be a rough ride!
 
My goodness, anyone check the results? There's a zillion people (me included) at 12-3, another half-zillion at 13-2, and Matt standing alone at 14-1. What a ridiculous pick em league.
 
Son of a....I swear I picked New Orleans to beat Chicago. I should be up with the half zillion at 13-2!!!

Right now with week 1 I stand at 24-8
 
Man. When 22-10 ain't even in the hunt through two weeks, you're in a SICK pool!!

Congrats to all you guys that are on the ridiculous starts. And I would stand this pool up against ANY other, anywhere. I don't care if it's so-called experts, bookies, whatever. Top to bottom, this is insane.
