Just wanted to say a quick "thank you" to the owners and staff here; and to my fellow members as well. Ordinarily, if that other site had been down for a full day during Dallas week, I would've lost my mind. Thanks to all of you, I hardly noticed. Not an insult to them -- they're doing an upgrade -- just an observation.

I know this is a positive thread, but this isn't really worth starting a thread on.

Man tonight's game hurt. I really think I'm getting a migraine from the tension at the end. We had them beat. Good Lord, we had them beat. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch.

Y'know, I loathe anything resembling a prevent defense. But it's gotta be tough to cut your guys loose and come after the QB when you know the other guys have better athletes on the edges. Oh well. Live and learn.

Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the direction of Marshall football for the first time since we were 1AA.

I didn't see a college football thread anywhere. Maybe we should start one. $.02
