I would not call that a plea! I don't see the big deal with them saying they would want him and support him if he signs here. If they were saying do not sign this guy, then I would be concerned.

I was responding to Mike saying he was making pleas on social media.
 
Mike - some of us have been following this closely/continuously for almost 2 straight days :) So, when you say 'preparing', that's a little misleading. They are 'selling' the guy, but there's not any hard evidence it's close to being a done deal. I mean there's NO evidence other than that he's in DC. That's all I was saying. I think the vast majority of folks are either flat out against the move, or have mixed feelings.
