Why would Durant leave OKC?

He's from DC, and has expressed a willingness to play there before. Its not out of the question, especially since the Thunder let James Harden walk. That really pissed him off, if reports are true.

I meant to attach the quote...he actually back pedaled on the statement a little Lanky. t-, he loves DC, has stated as much repeatedly, when he came home to play in Chinatown expressed how he grew up going to games there imaging one day playing there, and would probably sign if he wins one in OKC or not as long as Wall were to stick around. That is 2 more seasons away. Wall is signed on until 18 so...

The Wiz look great. They just need some more playoff experience. They'll learn from these playoffs going forward.

Agreed. Nobody really expected them to make the playoffs, much less win a series. Indiana has been one of the best teams in the NBA for most of the season, no shame losing to them.

The best takeaway from this season will be that they had their chances to beat Indiana; they just couldn't hit shots when they needed to in the clutch. Part of that is youth and inexperience, part of that is just nerves.
