got an email from Sarge one day telling me to sign up for some nerdy site called "noosphere" and there I saw Tarhog. Figured the site was worth sticking around for even though I wasnt nearly smrt enough to get too involved. Then Tar...I mean Boone emailed me saying "I have something in the works I know you'll like" and ta-dah. Never looked back.

Yeah, I was telling Elephant in PM that the first time you and I talked we got into a huge argument. Funny that you remember it was about Joe. But in the end, I made a good friend.

When I first moved to the area in 2005, we were living in Rock Hill. I've had Sunday Ticket every year, but I went to Picasso's on Church Street on the advice of some Redskin fans in here and quite frankly, I did not find it very friendly. So, I watch them at home or go to the games. My Mom lives in Harrisburgh, NC (Cabarrus Cty) and she is retired and has 2 upper level seats at Fed Ex. I go to 2-4 games a year depending on my schedule. But I haven't gone to any places to watch the games. I like my own bathroom, food, drink and no noise.

Thanks. Glad to be here. My only complaint is the pages load a little too slow and when I try to arrow back out of a thread, it either doesn't move, clocks or I have to double click it. I do like the smallness of the membership here. Some of you I haven't talked to in a while since you haven't been to the other place in so long.

The slow page loading is a recent thing, it comes and goes though.

If you go down to the drop-down menu at the bottom-left of any page, you can select 'BGO Lite.' Its a different format, and tends to load a lot quicker.

I think the problem is the RSS feed clutters up the storage space; every once in awhile Neo has to go in and clean it out, and it speeds things up.

well if you ever want to try out Kickstand, I found all the skins fans there to be incredibly nice to my whole family. This was the first season I didnt have the sunday ticket and that place made games really fun for us.

It's awesome catching up with guys like you over here. I can remember you and I going toe to toe once in the tailgate, I think it might have been a thread about dogs.

Regardless, we traded insults, it was obvious emotions were running wide open, but you know, I never took it personal. We busted each others balls, called each other whatever expletive popped in our heads and moved on. Kind of like a few buds arguing over a game of horseshoes or the fat chick at the bar. Soon after we were side by side backing each other up in a different thread. That's my vision of what a forum should be like.

Not trying to continuously **** against the other place, but it simply isn't like that over there anymore. "Agree to disagree" doesn't exist; if you disagree with the clique your intelligence is brought into question and veiled disrespect it rained down upon you and the minute you get fed up and kick one of them in the balls the calvary comes to their defense and chastises you.

All **** it! It's a freaking forum, not worth worrying about, which I don't; honestly haven't thought twice about it except when I bump into some of the refugees and reminisce about the old days. Lol

Personally, I love seeing folks from yesteryear that I have interacted with in the past at other Skins sites show up here.

Its strange, but it seems like everyone just gets along better here and even when there is sniping, its reasonable.

I hope BGO keeps attracting more and more good skins fans.
