Interesting note that I heard from the commentators working the SF v Philly game today.
San Fran's 3 straight losses came when they were without Trent Williams.
There are a lot of highly talented guys on that team who have been on the injury report this year. McAffery is one of the best over-all RBs in the game. Deebo is one of the most versatile "big" WRs out there. Kittle is arguably one of the Top 3 TEs playing. And I won't even try to name all the big-play guys on that defense.
They are undefeated when Williams plays and winless when he doesn't.
Just saying...
Williams has always been a big tough capable LT, even these past few years. I think the losses coming on the road against Buffalo, KC, and Philly may have more to do with those 3 losses though
