Needs a new name, sounds like a teamwide trip to the crapper. I can see T shirts with just a pic of a big soft pile in the middle and nothing else but "THE MOVEMENT" as a caption.

And Mike hit the nail on the head ...Hatcher hit on it this morning. This is a coaching staff allowing the players to control the culture as long as it is going in the right direction.

though you use courage, i use risky/stupid.

though I guess if the team sucks for the next few years his career may be on the way out, so maybe the argument can easily be made he should be taking advantage of it while he can.

no.

well, when I was younger i lead multiple scout troops over a long period of time. I bounced between SPL and ASPL continually over a 4 year period or so. but not as an adult.
