The Starter
Tress is a lot more than the punter - he does a really good job as a holder for kicks
Agree with all of the above except would keep Mariota and Bates, would want Fowler on a longer deal, and Forrest on a shorter one.

I think Lucas should be a no brainer. Not much money. Knows the system.Wagner, Chinn and Fowler are no brainers. Those moves are happening unless something changes. Fowler and Wagner haven't just been surprisingly productive, but they are Dan Quinn guys, and I can't see either really wanting to leave for a few more dollars to play for a new set of coaches.
I do like the idea of resigning Lucas. Depth is critical on the OL and protecting Jayden, just as critical. I think that move might depend on what we do in FA.
Am I missing something about Noah Brown? He isn't on anyone's list here or in that tweet. Is he not also an UFA? He's a guy that we should also bring back, but hopefully as WR4, instead of WR2. We need to upgrade our skill position groups badly.

Mariota wont resign here - I didn't say I would not want him.Agree with all of the above except would keep Mariota and Bates, would want Fowler on a longer deal, and Forrest on a shorter one.

An even crazier thought. It might be Sam Hartman. He was pretty effective at Notre Dame and while I don't think he's starter material he may just be good backup/game manager material.I'm really not trying to be disrespectful, but I think it's kind of funny that people are giving Mariota this much mind space. I'd honestly love to take a project guy to groom behind Jayden. A guy we could flip for draft capital if he plays well in spot duty. But, if we are a potentially a team contending for a deep playoff run in 2025, maybe that doesn't make as much sense.
Who we re-sign at corner is interesting to me. I was thinking about Chigozie Anusiem, our undrafted FA, but it looks like Cleveland signed him off of our practice squad. I don't really like BSJ as a starter at any position, but I wouldn't hate him as CB4. The rest of the season will be very interesting for him. I'm really curious whether we are going to play Sainristil and Lattimore outside when we have 2 CB's on the field, and whether BSJ will even be the 3rd corner when we play nickel.
Dallas will tag Parsons if they can't reach a long-term deal. That is the Jerry way.I am talking after next year...my bad

I would be sweet if Parsons said he wanted to get back with DQ next year. That would remove Dallas leverage!LOL, i hope these guys aren't targetting Parsons. In fact, I bet they won't even try.
I'd be testing Dynami for PEDs or meth or something after the way he played last night. He was a completely different guy last night.Until this season, Dyami has been another one of those 50/50 guys. He has had so many drops. Amazing what winning does for your concentration. I don't know if the light has gone on or if it's Daniels' accuracy, but he has come through a couple of times and maybe... maybe has made a case for himself.
