Me, too. I can't think of a coach who is more centered on having a QB with running ability to run and run and run like Daboll.

I guess we'll see what happens.

Feels that way. Not only did he throw him to the wolves but lol seemed to care less about his health and safety including more than willing to let him play with a concussion.

Exactly and why I see him as the last guy I want to take over as Jaydens new offensive leader. His scheme is too similar to the main reason (I think) they moved from Kliff

I doubt this job is Daboll’s top choice. He’s been consulting for the Eagles and Patullo likely gets fired. Much better job and org than this one

"They proceeded to give him just 5 carries in the second half, and he got hit at the line every single time." It's cute when fans are so emotional about stat chasing (and probably bet chasing) that they'd rather post angry videos than connect the two dots that aren't even a sentence apart. "Team makes halftime adjustment to focus on stopping the running game, other team makes adjustment to pass instead". But yes, I'm sure the former special teams coach wrested the offense out of his coordinator's hands just to stop Derrick.

C. They were frustrated with all the injuries that Kliff stuck for some time with 11 personnel anyway instead of going with heavy TE sets and running the ball more albiet he ultimately adjusted to this some

D. He is not ruling out Daboll. So different tone on him versus earlier in the day on 106.7

E. Doubled down again on potentially Raheem or Ulbrich for D coordinator. But didn't suggest its just them

F. Was told by an agent for some of these coaches, they expect the big movement as to hires to happen next week not so much this week

G. Referenced RWJ posts yesterday about Kliff as the trigger for the firing,

Fair enough, but it does sound like they abandoned the run a few times, and I am having a hard time thinking of any good reason for firing Harbaugh.

Daboll/Morris doesn't give me warm and fuzzies

Daboll would kill Jayden like was doing to Dart. Morris feels more like a check swing single instead of swinging for the fence

With you on Morris. As for Daboll, i like his pedigree as a playcaller but hate how he puts the QBs health on the line, I'd presume that they'd talk him down from that? But don't know,

My main takeaway from Keim is that Quinn's issue with Kliff isn't about protecting Jayden better. It seems to be running the ball and taking pressure off the defense.

Feels like Kliff is getting some of the blame for the defense's struggles -- not enough ball control and his offense in practice doesn't prepare this defense well for certain opponents.

If true it would mean at least in some ways that the OC lost his ob because the defense stunk. And of course also because the GM and HC don't give him a good complement of healthy weapons. I can't really blame Kliff if this is all in a line.

That’s a completely fair criticism of KK. I always liked the way Shanny and Turner could control the pace of the game with their play calling and running game. It seemed like KK was the opposite of that.

That makes a lot more sense to me than the idea they blamed Kliff for Jayden’s injuries. It’s really nobody’s fault JD is injury prone.
