I need more info. How much per year? How much each year? Guarantees? Bonuses? Etc
 
Glad this is done. Now I just hope he shows up in shape and ready to put in the work to get the rust knocked off.
 
Im just glad its over... Sounding like the team gave in more than Terry did?
 
I’m so happy to not have to hear people assess this business deal with their emotions anymore. It’s great to have Terry for another 3 years.
 
It's amazing how WRONG all of the "rumors" and reporting has been this whole time, yet everyone was rolling with it as gospel.

I mean hell even this morning the big guys were saying they were nowhere near an agreement.

Unlike in years past, no one knows what goes on or is said behind the closed doors with this FO. It's refreshing - still.

I think most that I follow expected a deal sooner than later, Finlay commented on it this morning saying he's not worried. Time was running out for both sides.

I know, we are not used to adults running the show.

This is exactly why all of my posts in this thread have been even keel and level headed, because we literally had no clue what was really going on.

And everyone else is like "where there's smoke there is fire" but the problem is, the smoke wasn't even coming from any factual place. It was all rumors and speculation, or coming from one "source" then everyone ran with it.

I wonder if everyone who was having problems with Terry and how he handled this still has problems with him now that the deal is done.

The emotions are rooted from the business though. It’s not like folks were expecting Terry to play for peanuts.

I’m just glad it’s over and feel confident that the headline is fluff and the guaranteed money is in the teams favor.
 
I am confident in our FO since the first time since BB. I am sure we made the right call financially. I assume

I trust TM is gonna be the TM we know outside of contract negotiations. I admit I will look at him a little differently for a little awhile. But when he is taking balls away from CBs in the corner of the endzone in a playoff game, this whole episode will be a distant memory.

TM is squared away and time for these team to do some things we haven't seen in a long time.
