Bram was oddly optimistic on his show yesterday about something getting done soon-ish, though I don't think he had any insider information. I think he was expanding on the Keim reporting, and also extrapolating that at some point, Terry is going to see his leverage point is non-existent and get on with it.
I don't know if I feel quite as optimistic.
I do know they need to get Terry into camp, it's time. It's time to start working and preparing for the season.
The one thing we know is Peters is not going to get pushed around. The question is, will he feel the pressure of "we are setting up to try and win now and Terry not being here is going to hurt us" and then move more than he wants to?
Or is he just going to count on the fact eventually Terry is going to do what he has to do.
We'll see. Time will tell. But the time is now
