The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 3

A lot of us probably had a WTF reaction to drafting a RB this late given our other needs but the more I read the more I see why (thanks KDawg and SIP). It’s a 6th rounder. If he can be a reliable short yardage weapon who’s OK In pass protection he’s a good pick.

In his 2025 senior season at Penn State, running back Kaytron Allen recorded career-highs with 1,303 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns over 12 games. He averaged 6.2 yards per carry and added 68 receiving yards, totaling 1,371 scrimmage yards. Allen finished his stellar Nittany Lions career with over 4,100 rushing yards.

I have a feeling Allen will be a lot more than just that.

I'm going Isaiah World or Burks at our next pick.

I know. My point is I think they would have taken Randall here if the Ravens didn't just beat us to him but who knows

Yeah I remember some buzz about us liking Randall, but Ravens got him before us. I like what I’m seeing from Allen though. I wonder if we saw a lot more depth at RB when we made our 5th round pick.

I was happy for him but I still can't believe a team gave Chris Rodriguez a big deal when comparable running backs are so easy to find.
I hear you, but C-Rod produced when give a chance.

It just seemed he wasn't the organization's guy and never got prolonged burn.

Liam Cohen knew him from Kentucky, so he knew exactly what he was capable of. For those that play fantasy football (especially dynasty)... CRod is a sneaky buy right now, cuz everyone expects Tuten to be "the guy"... for the price, CRod's a great bet to be the real RB to own in that backfield.

I have CR0d in my dynasty, hoping he can shine with more opportnity

And it was also the same team that paid Dyami Brown the year before. What did Einstein say about insanity?
