The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 3

I really doubt we go TE. I saw the TE coach say we have one of the best TE rooms in the league, and I think he believes it. Okonkwo is a good receiver, Bates is a great blocker, and Sinnott and Yankoff are good depth with upside. Best in the league is a bit overstated, but I do see this as a position of strength.

Granted Okonkwo is no Kelce, but we’re not finding that kind of player today. I know people are down on Sinnott, but I think he’ll have one more year to develop before we give up on him.

I agree been saying the same as to what they think. I don't think personally a dude like Yankoff stops you for taking a TE. But for a team still lacking talent I can see how they think that so they address other spots.

Bears had Kmet. They draft a season ago Loveland. then yesterday Roush. So while stacking talent on offense isn't the thing with this FO, its not crazy for a team with a young QB.

skinsinparadise watching more video on Brailsford from Ala and he seems to be the best technician sticking to his man in both pass and run protection OC wise. Hopefully, he's still there when we pick in the 5th.

Has anyone looked at film of Lorenzo Styles enough to talk about strengths and weaknesses? He’s blazing fast, has good size, but wasn’t a starter until his senior year.

I put him on my guys list but it was a lazy addition for me because I never just watched him. But watching Ohio State he would pop, closes well, good range, has a bit of a mean streak ironically that his brother lacks.

I like Brailsford a lot as well. Athletic center. Can pull and do everything you need a center to do.

That's interesting below, studying his stats some, played mostly slot and some post. Maybe lol, it was just happenstance but the games I watched Ohio State I often saw Lorenzo make plays.

I have not watched film, but I know he transferred and converted from WR, so you would expect him to be raw.

I am interested in him too, good combine and pedigree, but pundits have him projected as a late pick or undrafted. Would love to hear from those who know more.

I was about to post the same. He played WR at Notre Dame, then Ohio State moved him to safety, where he has played the last 2 years. Could have a high ceiling with more development/experience.

Anyone interested in Jalon Kilgore?

6'1 and 205, runs a 4.4 and played in the SEC.

Would be a nice addition at CB.

Based on spending time with backs

Emmett Johnson
Adam Randall
Eli Heinenreich
Noah Whittington

Granted I had no idea it was never disclosed that they had a 30 with Antonio Williams so its possible they talked to more
