The 2025 Free Agency Thread

It’s ridiculous that the cap can be manipulated to such a degree that Philly is a contender for Hendrickson.
Agree 200%. There should be no restructuring or any modifications of contracts during their term.

I don't see AP giving up that 1st. He wants to use that to trade back land accumulate one or two more picks

I don't see AP making this trade anymore. As a fan, one I may be down for would be trading #29 for Hendrickson, their 3rd, their 4th and a 5th next year to offset the 4th we gave up for Tunsil in 2026. Would leave us with a 2nd, a 3rd and 2 4ths to bring in a greater volume of young guys with promise

Zadarius is the better pass rusher but Lawrence is better at everything else including the intangibles stuff
my main concern with Lawrence was health. I also view edges we sign this year as true rentals, so I'm not as concerned with leadership and intangibles.

We have a 2 year window to win a SB while JD is on his rookie deal and before we have to devote a substantial portion of the cap to him. I'm ok with bringing in some immediate help players for now.

Agree. I wish we were bringing on a couple of these 'overpaid' vets that are going to other teams, honestly. Definitely a few of these deals that I would have also done, or beaten. At the same time idk if they tried and were rejected, or what. Not everything goes according to plan

If we 're still looking for DEs, I wonder if Emmanuel Ogbah might be an option.

It's about time to hear of another player resigning, we have a lot of empty roster slots currently.

Cowboys acquired LB Kenneth Murray from the Titans.

He never live up to expectations. If he wanted to improve that, he should have gone to a different team :ROFLMAO:

Isn’t the draft supposed to be stacked for DL? Maybe they are thinking they can address it there. Can’t solve it all though free agency.

Outside of Tunsil, kind a ho hum FA thus far.

Thanks to everybody for their knowledge insight and input

I really liked him coming out. Very athletic sideline to sideline in college. But he has been abysmal as a pro.
