These moves are not enough to make an average OL an OL that we really like. But it's a start, and the draft may pay dividends.

Trevor Sikkema said he believes the strength of this OL class is its versatility. So to your point about adding to (or starting, really) the pipeline, it would be nice to draft an OT/OG or G/C.

Unfortunately, Jerry isn't really the new Snyder. These aren't other teams' free agents they overpaid, a lot of these are drafted players.
The similarity is not so consistently building through the draft, lacking a vision, and then maybe hitting on draft picks consistently, but even on all of those factors the Cowboys are better than Farquaad's record.

You're correct in comparing their records, but that isn't going to stop me from using that troll Cowboys fans :)

Also..... the new Snyder can be whoever is the new "Worst Owner"

So who now owns the "worst owner in the NFL" label? Irsay? Mara? Tepper? Number of good candidates out there.

Arguably Woody Johnson of the Jets… longest playoff drought in all of the major sports… and just can’t seem to get out of his way no matter which way he turns or whoever he hires….amazes me that these guys have gold in their hands and some how turn it to total crap
 
Nah, it’s Jerrah. I realize they had a run of good drafting, and I wouldn’t have said it a few years ago. But in his old age and desperation, he is morphing into the worst. Complete meddler and too old to take the long term into account. Kind of like Al Davis. Once a good owner, but eventually got too old and lost it.

But getting back to free agency… There’s still Williams, BJ Hill, Poona Ford and others available at DT so let’s get one!!
 
A true bargain at OT will be Jaylon Moore from the 49ers. I got a gut feeling that AP signs him in free agency not because he's an inexpensive signing but because he fits what we do and replaces Lucas.

I know he was capable of replacing Trent short term. If he can be our starting RT then I am in. Then we either get rid of Wylie and Sign Lucas or we are forced to keep Wylie at that point and move him to RG. Lucas has been an excellent underrated player for us these last few years. (agreeing with Darrell Green Fan on getting this guy resigned)

He would have been worth a look pre-Deebo. Adams would want the ball more than he will get it with Deebo, Could cause issues as a result in the locker room.

Wylie, I think would be serviceable at RG and maybe they keep him for a year to play RG but I think they move on from him as he has one year left on his deal and they upgrade using his funds on Moore on a 2 or 3 year deal as a starter (I am guessing here). Losing Cosmi hurt and finding a replacement is a must. Aaron Banks may be an option too from the 49ers at RG and he shouldn't command big $$$. Both Moore and Banks fits what we want to do on our Oline and it allows Cosmi to heal and come back when ready. I do expect AP to draft another OT and or OG.
