I hear what you're saying, but how do coaches get experience? You're right, this job is crazy. So is every other head coaching job in the league. Jim Harbaugh is in his 4th year, has been to 2 NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl, and they're talking about rumors that he's going to be shopped. I don't like how Gruden has handled some of the situations either, but he's been employed as an NFL head coach for less then 12 months. Players get a learning curve as rookies, coaches should too. He very well may be in over his head right now, but that doesn't mean he's incapable of getting better. Much like Griffin want us to be patient with his development, why does Gruden not get the same treatment?
