I think this is a grind em out game, 20-13 Skins . We'll need to control the TOP if Daniels is out, 30 rushes minimum would make me pleased. Of course the bears record is inflated by them playing bad teams so not sure their defense isn't a little overhyped as well.

Probably not a big surprise, but Daniels didn't practice today.

Rolling out the same uniforms as last season against Chicago. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I do not like the black uniforms. Maybe they're trying to confuse Chicago as the Bears wear black?

Ditch the black unis and burn them. Better yet, donate them, but never wear them again.

Bears wear dark navy but I get the point. Maybe they want to confuse Chicago into thinking they’re playing Pittsburgh.

I'll keep saying it - the black uni's are by far the best design of the 3 - they just aren't Washington jerseys.

If in changing the name we decided to change the color scheme I'd be fine with black. They decided to keep B&G. So ick!

Yes, if the black uniform had more burgundy, it would look so much better and more unique.

Nah, it still disagree with Zorn. We are not the Maroon and Black.

I don’t think Jayden should play. I’m pissed he chose to make the inside move on the play he got hurt on. He is such a competitor that missing this game will really burn deep down in him. Guys in the nfl will not hold back. If they get a shot, they will take it. Keeping him out is best for his long term success imo.

Based on what I've read, it's not an injury that puts him at any risk. If he can throw pain-free, there's no reason for him NOT to play imho. This staff is competent and responsible. There is no way they put him out there if there is any risk of doing long-term damage.

I don’t think there is any way to know what is in his best interest unless you’re part of the medical staff for the commanders.

I will say this, however: I trust this group of leaders, including Quinn, Kingsbury and Peters, to do what’s right for Daniels in both the short and long term, and make the hard decision. I don't think Harris would get in the middle of something like this

In the past, with fools like Ron, Jay, Bruce and Dan, I had no trust they would find the right answer if you gave it to them on a piece of paper labeled “right answer.”

That’s the big change. If Daniels plays, it’s because he’s ready to play and prepared to play. Not because somebody panicked, of the idiot owner (Dan) wanted to additional attention due to the #1 pick vs. #2 pick matchup and therefore pressed a player into action. Which I could totally see Dan attempting to do.

^^ and that’s the biggest difference between Daniels and Griffin. Griffin would be “all in for week whatever, damn the torpedoes, don’t let Kirk play.”

Daniels is like “yeah, whatever dude.”

This is the NFL.

There is a difference between injuries you work through and those you don’t compromise with and rule the player out for an indefinite period, etc.

From the beginning this looked like an injury without long term ramifications whether Daniels decides he can play this next week or not.

This not RG3 playing on a partially torn ACL/MCL.

We have to get that out our minds and remember quarterbacks often play with bruised ribs or soft tissue/rib cartilage issues, whether that means some down time to rest it, or not.

Either way there’s no reason to freak out about whether the sky is falling.
