Since they are going to give the young guys a chance to play…are there any young play-callers that will get a chance?

They don’t expect AG, BRob, JA, JSW, Curl, BSJ (at a minimum) not to play. CY, Sweat, Jamin, Terry, Curtis, Jahan and Thomas to play only the 1st half or less. Chris Paul to start along with Saahdiq Charles if he clears the concussion protocol.

This is interesting if true. I believe it. The guy is smart, and like Boone theorised, he may know that his ceiling is back up QB, so why rock the boat. I reckon this attitude is why his teammates all love him too.
This is why I really want him back here next year as redundancy and a good voice in the Locker room.

I've been embarrassed by this organization so many times I'm almost numb to it.

It's been an empty uniform #11 ever since he was acquired.
He's nearing the end of his NFL journey. We have seen this before from a guy that has taken a lot of hits and just doesn't really want to play anymore but still likes the money and star appeal.
Jay Schroeder and Jeff George come immediately to mind.
At the end neither player could seemingly complete mainstream passes almost any starter regularly completes.
Remember Jeff George in 2001 in those first 3 games before he was cut?
Was a player ever more ineffective or unpopular with his teammates?

Yep, other than losing the injury bug has been the other secondary rider on the Washington team bus for quite a few years.
Just think of all the quarterback injuries: RGIII, Smith, Fitzpatrick, Wentz, etc.
Not that any of these players were world-beaters but they sure didn't last long before they were on IR.
