MLB 2013 (Primarily non-Nats/O's

You literally cannot give away Astros tickets. We have 3 extras for Wednesday night, and nobody wants one. LOL.

its amazing (and awesome) how much the Dodgers suck this year. almost 3x the payroll as the Padres and we're better than them! by 3 games even!

I find it refreshing as a small-market fan that the "budget" teams are getting it done this year. F the Angels, Jays, Dodgers, and everyone else who thinks they can by a championship. We traded studs for prospects for years. Now those prospects are playing productive roles. I hope the same happens for your Pads.

LOL. If the Orioles are in a World Series game 7, I don't care where it is. :)

Jaimie, I'd wear a Romo jersey everywhere I go for a week to have a Bucs-O's Series again. OK...Not quite, but close.

(Note to self: Be in Houston when the Pirates come to town.) :)

Every team is going to slump. EVERY team. But as a Bucs fan it triggers some alarm bells. I've seen us fall off too many times after playing truly exceptional baseball early, so any mini-dive has me holding my breath.

We lost two of three in a big series vs. the Reds, and got smacked 7-2 in the opener in Atlanta. I'm not panicking at 12 over, but I hope the ship gets righted here soon.

I do like the fact that dropping three of four is so unusual for us though.

BEAT 'EM BUCS!!!

**** Ryan Braun.

I hope he's suspended the full 100 games, and that that, and the lack of juice ruin him. I despise that POS, and can't WAIT to see him nailed to the wall.

is braun the one that got off because dude took his sample home with him instead of submitting it and broke the chain of custody ?

Lol..you think he robbed a pirate i take it?

It was close. Cutch finished 3rd in the MVP vote last year. Without Braun's dirty ass, he was 2nd. Had Braun and Cutch finished 1 and 2 last year, I'd need to be medicated right now. lol

Confirmed...Gerrit Cole will make his debut tonight. I'm nervous, honestly. He hasn't been overpowering at Triple-A this year. Still, I think the potential is there for him to be a stud....at some point. May not happen immediately.

O's win a crucial game one against Boston...if they can somehow get the sweep, would put them one game back of the Sox for the AL East division lead.

Also, the Yankees lost in 18 innings, so that's nice. :)

Going to the game tonight after dinner at the Capitol Grille.

Padres swept the braves and once again the doyers are in dead last.

Play a huge series much? Congrats.

Oh and **** the Braves.

We got throttled last night, but still took the series from the champs. It's going to get interesting now though. Basically no one left in our starting rotation that was in it when the season started. AJ, Wandy, Karstens and JMac are on the DL. Jeanmar Gomez out with forearm stiffness.

We still have a nice top four though. Francisco Liriano, Jeff Locke (if you don't know him, look him up,) Gerrit Cole, and Charlie Morton finally back off of Tommy John. Morton and the 5 hole are still question marks, but our bats may be coming around (last night aside.)

No excuses. LET'S GO BUCS!!!

O's took 3 of 4 from the Sawx, and now trail them by only 1 1/2 games in the East. The hitting has always been there but if this good pitching continues, the O's are gonna roll!
