Can't believe I just found this site. Solid member list and a great feel! I go by the same unoriginal name on ES, member since 2003, and am excited to be a member here with a lot of the really good members from ES past!

Great job on the design and feel, I'm confident the content will be great. I know it's a lot of work, so thank you for giving me a place to slack off when I'm supposed to be working :).
 
Glad you found us, 21. Make yourself at home, and don't hesitate to ask questions, make suggestions or just pretend to be working. It's all good. :)

Heyy y'all...I'm Katie, aka skinsgirl26 on ES. Slacky brought me over here (thanks honey!), but no worries we won't be hijacking too many threads :p I kid, I kid...

Anyway, for those of ya who don't know me: I'm 21 years old, born n raised in Rockville, MD. My Dad's entire side of the family are (/were, RIP Grammy, Grandad, & Uncle Don) diehard Skins fans. I've been goin to games since I can remember (I'll never forget bein a little girl on those thundering bleachers @ RFK). My aunt has had season tickets for 20+ years but has given them to me the past few years so I've been lucky enough to go to an amazing amount of games. The only thing I hate about goin to VT is being so far from the Skins, but I've managed to make it to a decent amount of games anyway (Skins >>> Monday classes, obviously). I'm so excited for this season and I'm plannin road trips to dallas and philly because their games fall exactly on my Thanksgiving break (that's gotta be a sign, right?) and of course Charlotte is only about 2 hours from Blacksburg so I'll definitely be down there....

I guess that's it for now, seeing as it's about 2:30 in the mornin. I'm so excited to be here, hello again to everyone, and I really can't wait for football season to start! Hail!

Greetings, all. Like many, I was born a Redskins fan, and can't imagine rooting for any other team. This time of the year is the most exciting and nerve-wracking, but I always come back.

Glad to be here.

PS I hear the gentlemen who run this site are fairly respectable.:)

Hmmm....smells nice in here! Still has that new website smell to it that just doesn't come from a bottle. Nice to find this place! Looks good guys.

Some of you may know me,some may not but I remember what ES once was and have thought for the longest time that maybe I'd never get to experience that type of atmosphere again.

I think I may have just found out I'm wrong on that count.:)

I hope you guys/gals don't mind me lurking around here.

I've been a fan since I was 11 years old(1981) and wouldn't know what to do in the Fall without the Skins playing football. (hopefully a winning brand)

I thank the owners of this site and the current membership for allowing me to take a seat...whether it be at the bar or in the corner.

I am a proud new member, and I will be visiting the site regularly, as well as contributing as much as I possibly can. I am a young Redskins fan, only in my 23rd year of existence, and I long to see our Burgundy and Gold raise more Lombardi trophies, because let's all be honest, 3 IS NOT ENOUGH!!!! I vaguely remember 23. As I recall, it's a pretty damn good thing to be :)

Glad to have you here, thanks for the generous words. We've worked incredibly hard to build an interesting, aesthetically-pleasing site with lots to do and see. It's only going to get better.
