Okay..that would be me. New to this website...lurking because a friend was in on the build....reading it with relish because my Dad (who passed away in 96) could not have been a bigger fan but I only get to really watch the Patriots in my grown up house.....easy with the comments on that...life is about concessions...right? maybe?

Dad would have loved this site and I would have loved sitting next to him saying "click here...now try here....CLICK dad, not double click....NO! not that big x!!....Dad, when you post you may not use cuss words...."

So you may see me post at times but I am not a football expert....just a curious person about most things....just like Dad....way to go guys. Congrats...it's awesome.:square:

loved your post, newb... i have a friend whose dad plans their vacations around nearby ballparks -- so if they are heading to the midwest, he schedules a side trip to wrigley to catch a few innings. she hates that, but i'm hoping she'll come around one day with fond memories like you have of your dad.

On Facebook there's an Extremeskins group....and everyone put what their handles were...and he put Sarge. So when I asked if he was the REAL Sarge, he fessed up that he was actually Dictator.

Hey folks!

Don't be alarmed when this thread gets much briefer in a bit. It's great we've already got some friendly banter going - we're all about that. But our vision for the 'Introductions' thread was kind of a permanent footprint where all new members can enter, tell us all who they are, what they are about, introduce themselves, and have that as a permanent reference for anyone who follows and wants to know 'Who is this person called _______?'

So please don't be offended when I cull out your posts here in a bit, I'll be culling out a number of my own right along with them. We certainly won't do much post-editing going forward, but wanted to steer this thread back to its original intent quickly.

Btw, it's banter hour over in the Corner Pub and rumor is Om's buying. Last one in is a rotten egg :)

Site looks good and glad to see some familiar faces as ther norm instead of a happenstance. Hope to make this like the good ol days with all of yall!! Kinda hard from a blackberry and usually from another country but we'll give it a helluva shot

So I used to be KevinB onES a long time ago. Use to go to games OFTEN and use to travel to away games anytime I could get someone else to. Now I work, travel, download games that I miss and cuss about the ones I can't. I still keep in touch with sevreral members here and on ES although difficult, many of you have become a part of my life. Thanks for the fellas for kickin it back old school.
