I'm *almost* offended you'd think we were that uptight :)

Man - ES has come a long way from me covering with my little Canon Rebel with a zoom lens... Those are 'cover of Sports Illustrated' good. I could do without the autographing on two corners, but they are incredible pics, no doubt.

Hopefully with a year under our collective belts in Haslett's system, we can stay disciplined and actually compete with them.

This is something I just don't understand. We can play with them. We beat them last year. Not only did we beat them, we beat them up, although the score didn't reflect that.

Look, I think with all these pick ups, the Eagles are still over rated. What happens when Vick goes down? They have some talent, their secondary will be the best in the league, but they are not going to the Super Bowl.

I'm sure he puts those on the corners so people don't lift them off the internet and keep them for themselves. Many photographers do it. PCS started to do it. I will be doing it with mine once I get my website up.

Oh, and if you get me on the sidelines for a game Boone, I promise you we will have images like that for BGO.

I know why they do it - just think it's kind of silly. Why share them at all if you feel the need to slap an 'anti-copy' logo all over it?

It's not like someone's going to try and sell training camp photos on the black market :)

I'm not sure I have enough *juice* anymore to get myself on the sidelines for a game, but I'll see what I can do...

Kedric Golston, DE, will not return. He will be allowed to catch on to another team.

I guess with the new additions at D-line, Holliday, Carriker and Bryant will be the only guys brought back
Golston works hard but he belongs in a 4-3.

A training camp report I read mentioned that Bryant has turned up for camp, and at 330lbs, is looking good and the most likely, at this point, to be the starting NT.

If that is true then we are all of a sudden stacked pretty good on the D line.

 Well kiss my arse and call me Susan!

I didn't mean to sound so pretentious. It's not like anyone can sell those images without fear from Mr. Snyder anyway.

As for the sidelines, not trying to put you on the spot. I will get down there one way or another some day.

Good morning everyone. I went to the earliest service this morning at church (rarely do that!) and tried to get back here quickly for the latest in football. I'm guessing that nothing has happened since late last night. Like yesterday, I will be here and there throughout the day. Time to open a few IE windows and see what's out there. :)

First thing I see this morning is that the players have a day off, but most will be working out and meeting with assistants. This will free Coach Shanahan and GM Allen to focus on signing some players today - addressing areas of need and depth.

My concern wasn't us, but them.... I'm not keen on the autographs either.

He must do it for a living, because you don't buy gear like he's using as a casual shooter. That lens goes for about 14K, though I have seen reconditioned for around 9K.

Rich Tandler has pointed out that the Redskins could add the following during the next day or two...

A RT and possibly another OL for depth.

A DL could be added for depth.

One or two LBs could be added for depth.

At CB, team is still hoping to sign Buchanon, but would look for another player to fill a similar role is he is not signed.

I'd kill for the lens he shoots with... 600/4L

That lens cost more then my camera body and three lenses.

EDIT: and my trip to Italy last year :)

Geez! At least you have the option to get one though, Pete. Not even available for my rig at this point. :(

Although, with sensors being what they are today you could use a 400 and crop it to get photos like this. One year, I make my journey to our Mecca to get photos like this for the site. One year...

I would like to get some competition for Kory Lichtensteiger at the LG position.

I water mark all mine on the web too. More as a way of identifcation. If I like it enough to post it, I want folks to know where it came from. It really doesn't do you a lot of good as far as keep people people from lifting them though. Anybody who halfway knows Photoshop can remove them. Hence, I embedded my copyright in the metadata too.

The Redskins appear to be interested in Ahmad Bradshaw? Tire kicking? Driving up the price and putting some pressure on the NYG? Just token interest?

The agent for Carlos Rogers has contacted the Redskins this morning. The Redskins do not appear to be interested - at all.

You aren't putting me on the spot at all. I've had opportunities every year due to still having ties with some great guys who I helped get access back when I had it. So it's not beyond the realm of possibility :)
