In preparation of the start of free agency I think it’s a good idea to have a single thread for confirmed Redskin signings or re-signings. This is for confirmed signings only not for speculation.
I may stay up tonight and update any news/signings. First up at midnight would probably be UDFAs. I'll post here as we go along.

Ian Williams to the 49ers. I know a lot of us wanted him.

I've been able to confirm via text message that four of our insiders are in Ashburn.
After midnight, we could hear more chatter about Sidney Rice and less of Santonio Holmes.
Man on the spot. Thanks for the instant updates, BB, good work!
Thanks for the kind words everyone. As the night advances, the updates will become a little more spaced out. Tomorrow, someone else can take up the slack for a while. :)

New update.

Mark Herzlich (OLB, Boston College) - says he is not signed with the Ravens and will make a decision tomorrow.
It has slowed a bit. I'll be back after a ninety minute nap. Of course, feel free to update things. We all contribute. :)
From what I am reading, the signings aren't official until sometime tomorrow.

Will Hill ran 40 yard dash times of 4.66 and 4.72 at his Pro-Day. Does not sound quick enough for a safety.

Sounds real intelligent as well: http://www.stampedeblue.com/2011/1/23/1951673/scratch-florida-safety-will-hill-from-the-colts-draft-board

On his Twitter account, Hill brags about marijuana use, oral sex with a variety of women and marijuana use during oral sex with a variety of women. He also seems to channel his inner Randy Moss, complaining about the quality of food provided by the University of Florida and the cleanliness of airport restrooms.

Beyond the red flags raised regarding the marijuana use, Hill generally just comes off as a whiny, selfish, spoiled athlete with a horrible attitude. Hill is more or less the exact opposite of the player type that the Colts target during the NFL Draft.

Read a couple of his posts here: http://network.yardbarker.com/college_football/article_external/florida_gators_will_hill_has_the_best_twitter_quotes/4007341

I seriously doubt this guy makes the team. This is not a character guy. Hopefully, he will change his mind and go somewhere else.
Skins sign UNC RB Shaun Draughn. Best name ever?

And apparently we have a new QB in the mix, Ben Chappell from Indiana.

Former IU quarterback Ben Chappell will sign with the Washington Redskins (via former teammate @MaTt_MaYbErRy). #iufb
So I was out all night. Isn't the official time table for teams to speak to anyone at 10am? All these reports suggest the rules are being broken, don't they?
List has been updated in post #3.

Hill is not a member of the Redskins after all.
