I think so, too. I also think that the benefit of more info may be more important than the subterfuge. Mind you, somehow, Peters kept almost everyone guessing almost 'til the end which QB he wanted at number 2.

If teams are not sure who they’re sure of by a week or so before the draft…it would be a bigger problem if after months of evaluation, consultations with parties close to the players (college coaches) etc, they were still having questions.

Logan Paulsen said that every player that was selected in last year’s draft was interviewed at least once during either the Combine, the Senior Bowl, or on the players Pro Days.

Of the 30 Visits conducted at the facility only Jayden Daniels and Devontae Jean-Baptiste took part.

I heard this also. But I thought I heard Keim say it on his podcast. Maybe they both said it. It has the benefit of being fact so who knows.

If I remember correctly there was only one player (I don’t remember who) who they didn't have somebody go to their pro day, and that’s because they talked to them at both the combine and east west shrine bowl.

Whoever said it pointed out to look at who they talk to at the combine because it’s the best indicator of who they’re going to pick.

Which I think is a change from Ron, who basically talked to the cocktail waitresses at Elmo’s steak house and drafted long snappers.

I love how dramatic a difference Harris has made behind the scenes. Those areas obviously matter too. Can't wait for those guys to have a new team HQ/practice facilities/locker rooms......

Super turn around on the grades. Kudos to ownership and management for handling all the things behind the scenes that set the scene on becoming a real team. Still work to do and I'm sure they are on it.
