It's extremely annoying how there are somehow 6 teams ahead of us still.

If we get a high pick while sucking, fine, I guess, but to suck AND pick 7th would be terrible.

I understand where you are coming from Dog but can you really say we are worse than any of the teams above us in draft order? Yeah, we are having a bad year but we don't suck like the Jets or the Browns.

I would rather win out, but high first round draft picks are silver linings I guess.

I would be happy to play spoiler. Get some people back after the bye and go on a tear. Not likely, but it would be fun to end on a positive note this year.

I suppose it depends how you look at it. Our performance this year has certainly been worthy of at least wondering if we’re worse than those teams. Of course, it’s also pretty easy to argue that our ownership, FO and qb lift us well above that group, especially when factoring in last year’s performance.

This is a fun experience, having a rooting interest in otherwise meaningless games. 2 years ago we got great updates on who we want to win/lose and it all seemed to break our way.

I know from the Commander's perspective the Giants beating the Bills would have been the preferred outcome. But I just couldn't root for that, not yet anyway. I hope posters find the time to give us weekly updates, there was a site posted on EC that gave great info.

I’m generally a glass half-empty guy type when it comes to this team but I’m (maybe unrealistically) counting on getting some actual NFL caliber offensive weapons back and hoping that the defense will be somewhat better. If that happens they have a decent chance of winning against Minnesota and New York and would only need to win 1 of the other 4 remaining.

So I am guessing we are rooting for Cincy today to get them up to 4 wins and for Chiefs because Dallas sucks!

I don't think the third game really matters Lions Packers.

Surprisingly good chance we win the next 2 games. Vikings and Giants are both reeling whereas our defense is coming on, although the Vikings defense is still feisty at least.

Obvious blow to our draft slot, but nothing you can do when opponents are also struggling.
