Wathched his carries just now versus greenbay, impressive, It's not like he had great blocking.
Big ego apparently, too

I liked watching Edwards in real time over the years but never studied him. Ran at Michigan more gap than zone based on my RB notes, good athlete.
I liked DE much better than Blake Corum coming out.

or Santana MossPoor performances in New York with the Jets should be NO barrier to bringing in guys for a look.
The Jets have a long history of letting guys go that become productive elsewhere as shown at quarterback with the likes of Geno Smith and Sam Darnold.
Or Laverneus Coles - he was pretty solid for us.or Santana Moss![]()
Aaron Glenn was passed over in multiple interviews. Unlike Ben Johnson, he may have felt he couldn't be very selective before he "broke into" a head coaching role. One would think this was not his number one choice.Aaron Glenn left the Lions to go to the Jets and roll with Justin Fields at quarterback? It must have just been the money![]()
Yes, so even there - I always wonder about the power dynamics. Here, with Quinn and AP and even Kliff (with Kliff writing that note to AP) - there seems to be communication/dialogue. Bidirectional. Actual listening. Even if press conferences "show" that kind of solidarity after moves are made in other organizations, that may not be representative of what is happening when the decisions are made. It's just a sign that the 'new' front office in New York is still tripping over its **** if it thinks Justin Fields is the answer at quarterback.
So if Rush is such a great prospect and only 24 how come he is here for $100?
This, however, tends to be how things work these days. There isn't a ton of movement between teams on practice squads.I was hoping for more than basically bringing back the players we cut on Tuesday.
And I can’t see why Dieter is back at all.
He showed us last year he can’t play.
