Yeah, I've probably flipped on my draft wants assuming we get number 2. I'm still all in for fixing the o-line, but if we get number 2 and there are two elite-potential QB prospects in the draft then you have to take one. I do think Howell has shown enough in his "rookie" season to show he can become a good NFL QB, but we know the other side of the story, too. Not knowing much, my preference is probably Maye. Williams gives off that diva vibe and I don't want another RGIII or Chase Young who think they've made it before their very first snap.
If we do go QB with number one, I'd really love it if we could grab two highly rated o linemen in the second round. We have the skill position players on offense covered (minus tight end), but skill players are useless if no one's opening a hole for them or the QB is running for his life/on his back.
