Our safeties are lined up 15 yards off the ball to help the hapless corners try and prevent chunk plays.

Ravens just cut DE Yannick Ngakoue and want to re-sign him to their PS... he's a double digit sack guy, local DC kid, 29 years old and already in the area. Does he make the edge group better? Not familiar with his trajectory post-Jacksonville.

I don't know much about Ngakoue specifically but one man's trash can be another man's role player at a position of need. See: Brown, Noah

I like the idea too, Gooseneck but he must want more than they are willing to pay. Our Asst. GM Lance Newmark must know him well and I wonder what he said about Jacobs. His stats seem solid for 2023. I can only hope along with others that we sign him. We shall see. No one is going to trade for Forbes.
