Kaytron is a grinder and in a good way. I actually liked Rodriguez and was surprised they let him go. this dude reminds me so much of him.

I liked him when I watched him early in the process. Just didn’t think there was any shot we’d be in on RB this late.

Cause this guy is much cheaper than the $6million a year or whatever it was that CRod got.

I am a PSU homer But this is a really good pick. I did not expect us to take a RB in this draft. He is lightyears better in short yardage than McNichols. And he can still bust off big runs for you. You all might laugh. But watching Penn State Allen reminded me of Riggins a lot. short yardage work horse who will make you pay if you miss the tackle. Great pick imo.

Oh I missed that, I assumed he was ineligible, but I guess he wasn't on the active roster as much as I thought.

Kaytron stylistically is more of a #1 type back in a room versus a rotational guy, like Rodriguez he's consistent and can grind out yards. Tough guy.

Not a ton in the passing game, they used Singleton for that, but has more passing production than Croskey-Merritt who had almost nothing in college.

6.2 yards per carry. over 1300 yards. 15 TDs.

Forgot who asked me who is going to be the RB in the red zone -- shooting for TDs. It's this guy. He has the size and physicality -- 15 TDs.

We were never keeping CRod. He got 10M/2years from the Jags. The tender price was like 3.5M or so, so even if we tendered him the Jags woulda stole him unless we paid out over 5M/year, which we were never going to do.

I think he could compete to be our every down guy. Going to be a fun competition between the five backs.
