The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 2

This doesn't mean a thing, but looking at Brugler's top 300 list it looks like these guys are ranked right in that area:

68 Davison Igbinosun, CB, Ohio State
69 Elijah Sarratt, WR, Indiana
70 AJ Haulcy, S, LSU
71 Gennings Dunker, G, Iowa
72 Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia St
73 Josiah Trotter, LB, Mizzou
74 Tyler Onyedim, DT, Texas A&M
75 Kyle Louis, LB, Pitt
76 Zach Branch, WR, Georgia

Obviously some higher ranked guys will be there, some lower ranked guys gone, etc just based on the way drafts go.

But a starting point.

They might be but having a chance to get your quarterback and actually getting one are two very different things.

Sure - we need Jayden to stay healthy this year to see if we have ours (we all think we do).

But it sure would have been nice to have a supporting cast when we got him, wouldn't it?

Feels like a good test of the weight Commanders give to RAS relative to other things - is it a dealbreaker or a tiebreaker? Because apparently character is off the charts with Sarratt, who also has notoriously good hands and runs great routes.

He might have been. Michigan guy, Detroit, pairing with Hutch and a pretty damn good edge all things considered.

No doubt but Rivera sucked and we cant change history.

Im just trying to keep it in perspective that we're better off with jayden and needing weapons than having weapons and no quarterback.

Can't do anything about that. It's the last three years of mediocre skill position draft picks at best and a lack of real FA moves while having a bunch of cap room.
