The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 2

There has to be something going on with Boston that we don't know about. I wasn't as high on him as many others, but I liked him. Thought for sure he'd be gone by the early second.

Hood is a good player and pick for the Giants. If McCoy falls to 71 I wouldnt hate taking a chance on his knee there. Still my number one DB in the draft. Main reason not having inside info hurts those of us that like to project. His knee sounds pretty bad. But at 71 who cares?
I don't think I touch him at 71, especially if I'm AP and really need an immediate conttributor

There's a difference in an injury you'll recover from and an injury that people are reporting is going to require a surgery by the time his first contract is up... and he may not even be fully healthy this year. That's a huge risk - moreso than Chris Bell. And people are gunshy on him.

I like Kayden McDonald. Went right to the fans. No ego. Just went and celebrated with people that cheer for his new team.

If we can just do that 32 more times..... 😁

There it is. That's a pretty good pick. The Browns are helping Watson/Shadeur with Concepcion and Boston. One slot, one outside.

Great drafting.

That is an embarrassment of wealth compared to where we currently sit at receiver

Dang, Browns doubled up at WR, that's cheating! Leave some for the rest of us!

I'll bet they would trade every reciever on their roster for jayden.

Yes they would.

But starting next year they can get out of the Watson deal and they may be picking early enough to get their own QB.

It's nice to have those receivers + Judkins + some OL while you wait.

Multiple WR-needy teams coming up in the middle of this round....

They might be but having a chance to get your quarterback and actually getting one are two very different things.

Rough position count so far:

OT/OG: 10
DT/EDGE: 12
WR: 7
CB: 3
S: 3
QB: 2
RB: 2
LB: 1
TE: 1
C: 0

Going with the zig when the board zags philosophy, best value probably isn’t going to be OL, DL, or WR.

Maybe think CB, C, or S?
