I was born in the late 70’s and grew up in the 80’s when the Skins went to 4 SBs, won 3 and went to another NFC championship game.

I didn’t think anything other than winning was a possibility until 1993. Then Norv happened and my life has never been the same.

Born in the mid 70s and I had the exact same experience. II was shocked to learn in my late teens that winning/competitive NFL franchises don't remain that way forever.

I don't have an issue with him hiring Whitt or retaining him either. But, if it comes off after season 2, that he can do better than him I wonder if he can fire the same guy who he's pals with and his close to his kids. Will see.

That's the question. We'll see. I don't think we're going to find out until after the season. My gut tells me he's not going to put himself in a position to get fired again if he thinks Whitt isn't doing a good job. But who knows.

Maybe I was mid 70's too. I was 1976. But towards the end of 1976. So. Eh, mid to late 70's?
