Basically they are the same just depends on how you season them. For the Milanese I use parmesan garlic, oregano and for schnitzel it's more plainSounds like Schnitzel. And sounds damned good


Red Beans (onions peppers celery and ham hocks, with kidney beans soaked overnight, spices and chicken stock) served over Cajun dirty rice (chicken livers shallots cajun seasoning basically)

Boone what is the problem with images loading so slowly or not all? I can't see your photo, second time tonightI did a chicken schnitzel with lemon pepper and fresh lemon juice at the finish. Such an easy dish to make and so good.
