Official Game Thread: Buccaneers v Redskins

Pretty sure Jesus doesn't have anything to do with this.

He sure isn't helping, I know that much.

Jesus hates us, this I know,
For another game shows me so,
Other teams to him belong,
But all we have's this stupid song.

Yes, Jesus hates us!
Yes, Jesus hates us!
Yes, Jeses hates us!

Another game shows me so.

It all comes down to execution.

And I'm in favor of it.

Can we just forgo the rest of the games and look forward to the draft?

My husband just asked me, only half in jest, if we should find another team to root for.

Campbell would've done better today??? Please. McNabb got us to the end zone at the end and a poor snapper cost us. Campbell just took a sack and tossed way short of the end zone to lose the game just moments ago.

Enough said.

And yet, for some reason, I'm not even surprised by the outcome nor how we played....kicking game = disaster, from the snap to the hold to the kick. Why didn't we resign Albright again?

I'm impatiently waiting for this weeks Ryman rants...I mean threads. :)

JC was 20/29 for 308 2 TDs and 0 INTs.

You were saying? :)

He was saying that although Jason has had a few awesome games as of late, especially against San Diego, he made a foolish throw at the end of the game. It was shades of the JC of past. With 11 seconds left, he had time to throw that one away and run another play. But he did not pay attention to the clock and threw a pass that had no chance of becoming points.

Oh. Around here we call that "McNabbing it."

Still drives me nuts that we gave up so much for McNabb when we weren't ready to win. Still aren't, really. When we stop making stupid mistakes to cost us games, then we can talk about being ready to win and needing a quality QB.
