Team was out played today, turnovers really hurt. I was screaming internally for Brown to get down on the first. Could see it coming. Ekelar on the 2nd didn't even seem to get hit that bad. Tough, tough, tough.

Refs weren't out to get us, I don't think anyone is saying that. But things like the Saquon PF for half a step out and no call for Ertz 2 yards out of play is not a good look. This game was embarrassing for the commanders. Refs made it worse. We can be both out matched and get lopsided treatment from the refs. That's how you give up 18 more points than your worst game of the regular season.

Payne wasn't making the difference today. Fully healthy wouldn't have mattered. Without knowing the injury idk why people are even trying to make it a thing. Saquon got 3tds running outside. Maybe he's sucked lately because he was fighting through it.

Feeling really disappointed tonight after that result but the future is really bright. We went from 2nd worst team in the NFL to 2nd best team in the NFC in one season and we have our franchise QB, a boat load of cap space and a competent GM who I trust to improve us. Quinn and the rest of the coaching staff did far more than we could have imagined or hoped for this season. Exciting times ahead.

Quinn's defenses are infamous for collapsing in the postseason - even with a far more talented defense last year with the Cowgirls.
Brian Robinson seems to be slowing down, or maybe our O line just isn't opening holes for him.
Lattimore was ok, but he can't commit those stupid penalties. Holding and PI will happen when you play the aggressive style he does, but the unnecessary roughness/unsportsmanlike calls are costly and absolutely unnecessary.

The OLINE was OKAY but to win in this league is has to be special . Fix the Oline and you fix the running game and the passing game. And you make your stud QB live much longer in the league

Our defense was close to atrocious. Almost the entire year. But yeah Riggo drill.. with Robinson and McNichols?

The OL created no space in the run game. Why do you think Barkley went through the line untouched alot of times this year?

Wylie's atrocious! Lucas is old. Left guard could easily be upgraded. It's a patched together unit made up of a good center and a right guard. Coleman's still an unknown entity. They are talent deficient as a unit.

That was a disappointing loss, but the run overall was exciting and everything after seven wins or so was gravy to me. Now they need to focus on getting better so they don't feel like this again.

That line isn't elite. They just let them hold, IMO.

I saw it on most plays but we lost because of the turnovers.

That's why they don't show OL highlights whenever they get to the HOF because they were holding most of the time.

I mean, we lost today almost the exact same reason we won last week. The Lions had 5 turnovers and couldn’t stop us. Today, 4 turnovers and a turnover on downs and we couldn’t stop the Eagles. The reasons for the losses were pretty much the same.

It's not Quinn's defense - it's Joe Whitt Jr.'s. I said in chat that the defensive gameplan was almost entirely ineffective. What we don't know if that's because it was a shitty gameplan, or that we just don't have the horses yet to stop that kind of rushing attack and QB. I tend to lean towards the latter.

Most of that was done by the previous ownership group. There were only 2 player drafted by this group playing on defense (Sainristil and Newton). The other guys were drafted by another GM and another coach. They will get that sorted out. The coaches are playing with what they inherited from a draft perspective .
