I would not be surprised to see Peters take a corner in Round 1 or 2 to pair with Lattimore.
There is so much competition out there for OTs and WRs that top guys just don't seem to fall anymore and Washington won't have a top 10-15 pick in 2025.
Also, I would think Lattimore wants to get a reworked contract - he's due to make $16M in 2025 but none of it is guaranteed.
So, if we spend to lock up Lattimore, I don't see spending megabucks on a free agent corner.
This team is not going to do what Snyder, Allen and Rivera did in concentrating cap dollars at one or two positions and then having only limited resources to spend elsewhere.
Acquiring Lattimore WAS the big move at cornerback for this team for 2025, it was just made a couple of months earlier than anticipated.
