does it say commanders on it or is it just logs? I don't buy anything that says commanders - but I do like some of the logos
 
Commanders does not appear anywhere. The back only has the NFL shield.
 
Team seems pretty tone def on the black and gold stuff. I think fans have pretty emphatically mocked them for gear that looks more Pittsburgh than DC but they keep going there.

We need a ****ing rebrand and it can't come soon enough.
 
I actually like the Graphite.

Admittedly, i've always been drawn to that color. Even my wedding band is a dark gray Tungsten, so it's 100% personal preference.
 
I have a black jersey because I think it is a cool look - I’m just pointing out most fans seem to hate the Steelers look on principle so I’m surprised they see to keep doubling down on it. If you’re gonna do dark seems like using the burgundy prominently would be a good idea.

I’m becoming skeptical Harris is going to do anything about the name, symbols, and colors.
 



I don't believe this for a second, that they're 'just now' getting into it....

I do however believe completely that there have not been any decisions made.
 
The black uniforms with the Walmart cut out 'W's look like college Division II stuff.

Where we got the black from to begin with is a mystery. If the team wants to change the colors and go with black and gold then we can also put a yellow stripe down over the crown to complete the copy of the Steelers classic look.

The burgundy hat with the gold with burgundy 'W' is OK until we get a real nickname and logo.

For a marketing guy, Snyder had absolutely no originality here. He handicapped the team by having a nickname that didn't readily reduce itself to an image you can sell on merchandise.

'Commanders'?

It was a very poor choice.

Other teams like the Cardinals started sporting a black uniform with the traditional red crest/logo and striping and likewise looks like s***.

To me the black and gold is taken (Steelers). Green and Gold is taken (Packers). Gold and blue is taken (Rams).

How about coming up with something original?
 
They could try burgundy and gold with white. That might work. 😉

Not red, yellow, white. Not yellow and white, not black and yellow.

I think this is a total lie, and I'm here for it.

First, I think they have been into the QBs for a while.
Second, I think they damn well have a leaning at this point. Definite decision? No. They'll want to visit with everybody first. But a leaning? Yeah, I bet there is a leaning.
Third, why in God's name would you tell anybody you had a leaning? It's a convenient excuse to say "we haven't started yet." Because you can go back to that answer for every follow up question.
Fourth, it's lying season. Everybody is lying.



I loved this tweet from Galdi. I wouldn't be surprised if either:
- Peters and company are literally saying nothing at all and this is all sourced from agents wanting their client's names out there OR
- Peters and company are telling different people different things

My guess is the former. But I would be happy with the latter as well.

EDIT to add: I think Jayden Daniels and JJ McCarthy's agents are working overtime. I have no idea who they are, but they've done a PHENOMINAL job paying off the scouting community to get their names out there as much as possible.

I'd love to know what Mel's Grand Cayman offshore numbered anonymous numbered bank account is worth. Schefty might be a Billionaire with the amount of money agents slide him under the table to a bank in Zurich. (NOTE: I have no proof of this. As that's why you would have bank accounts in the Grand Caymans and Zurich. But I believe to my core the agents get favors from the media and exchange those favors for both information and cash.

At the end of the day who Washington might want to select at #2 and any games to be played off that is of no real consequence UNLESS the team is indeed interested in trading down. Otherwise, it's an exercise in the perverse.
 
I'm not sure Quinn isn't telling the truth.

There was a ridiculous amount of work to do to get to this point and I just don't see that there has been a lot of time to look at QBs yet.
