BGO Upgrade Testing

We have done a major upgrade tonight. What I thought might take half the night is done in 30 minutes, so that is very good news. You will see some different looks as you navigate the site. What I need all of your help with is identifying glitches or issues.

A lot of our 'add-ons' (like our Chat software) may need to be upgraded to work with the new software.

Please use this thread to report any issues of ANY kind that you see so we can start working through them. Thanks in advance!

Issues List

1. Chat Rooms Have to be rebuilt and tested. FIXED
2. XF Moods updated
3. Pickem software updated
4. Media embeds add-on updated
5. Forum icons have been rebuilt
6. Added BGO app and enabled push notifications.
7. Rebuilt new post reply toolbars for desktop and phone access
8. Closed/Hid the 'Newsstand' (automated RSS feed) forums due to lack of member use and formatting issues I could not resolve.

We had a little server crash this morning but it apparently was unrelated to last night's upgrades.

Please report any glitches or issues in this thread as you encounter them.

It is very labor intensive setting up the post-reply toolbars. Do me a favor and if you find something missing that you commonly use, let me know and I can add it.

Ok. Uploading pics has changed. Within the pic you go to upload you have to click it and then choose full image or thumbnail

Are you uploading a photo? You should just need to give it a few seconds to finish uploading the picture before hitting the reply/post/submit button...

This one should be fixed now.

Looks like when you set something as 'Bold' and 'Italic' it locks that in and you can't turn it off within a post.
