Testing the theory that you can't turn off bold or italics and YOU CAN

There is a 'Remove formatting' button now. You can't just 'unclick' the Bold or Italics or Underline. I need to make sure that is available in all the toolbars though.

The 'remove formatting' button was only present in the large reply options for desktop so I've added it to all of them so that no matter what you are using it will be the first option.

Are you using Firefox as a browser by any chance?

I start typing in the gif search field and the screen gets darker the more I type. If I hit enter,I get the Oops! message

Yeah, that’s just the standard warning. We all get it occasionally if we don’t do something but stay logged in too long.

I guess you could try completely logging out of the site and clearing your browser cache (all history and files) and then logging back in again and see if that fixes it?

I would also suggest using another browser and see if it’s only an issue in chrome.

Are you accessing on a phone or laptop/tablet?

We have had several reported glitches that were resolved by clearing browser history/caches.

I would really recommend deleting any bookmarks you have used in the past or are currently using to access the site and clearing your browser history. Once you’ve done that I recommend you install the app which will create an icon on your Home Screen. If for some reason you do t want to do that, at least remove previous bookmarks and redo them.

That should resolve most if not all issues.

Just a couple things I've noticed since the upgrade. If you set up push notifications and the app, just be aware, if you restart your device or log off it completely, you will have to reenable push notifications again in your preferences.

Now that I have push notifications coming on my phone, I don't want or need email notifications, but when I went to turn them off in preferences, I discovered that didn't stop them. Because Xenforo is weird, you have to go to the Forums page and select 'Watched'. Once you're there, you have to select the checkbox next to each thread (you can do a page at a time) and then choose the option to disable email notification. You may have 100 pages of watched threads, but if you'll do the first few pages, that should take care of it. Xenforo doesn't give the option for either us or you to disable emails.

If anyone has tried to use the new BGO Oracle and wasn't able to - I discovered this morning that I did not have all of the usergroup permissions set correctly. Should be usable by all now if you want to play.

trying to post of a GIF and this happens... have cleared cache.. doesn't help

have no problem if the GIF is of the main options, but cant search.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue again. It had "cleared up" previously but has recurred.

I had it happen to me in chat Saturday. I don't know guys, I know it's a known issue with some browsers. I'll do a little more digging and see if there's anything else I can do.
