Scanned a couple pages and didn't see a thread for this. Hopefully I didn't over look it.

I'm predicting 11-5 and another division win. This team should only be better this year with one year under the belt. I don't expect the loss of training time to be a hindrance to Robert. He's had enough to get ready. While I'm sure defenses will make some adjustments, I expect our offense to as well. If the O line has improved, I expect less option, not that I'm sure that makes Robert any safer. I'm sure there will be unexpected wrinkles added as the team has had a year to absorb more of the scheme. I expect to win the first playoff game and it's a toss up after that.

Hail

12-4
we were a few plays away from that last year.

we were also a few plays away from 8-8

On paper, we should be better than last year but also on paper, our schedule seems tougher. I'm gonna lowball my prediction at 9-7 so I can be pleasantly surprised when I'm wrong. :doh1:

Undefeated.....

Make room for the 4th Lombardi

I am going to get lamb basted for this, but IU see 8-8...9-7 at best.

WOW El, I didn't think anyone would go lower than 9-7. Why do you see us as a .500 team? Secondary? Schedule? Inquiring minds want to know!

I think 11-5 sounds reasonable. I expect the Giants to bounce back and be better again this year but I still see us as the team to beat in the NFCE. I have more than a few friends here in Ohio who are fans of several different teams who think the Skins are more than an outside SB threat. One guy put it down as his official pick. Not sure I feel THAT good, but I haven't felt this confident since Sept. 1991.

Our run defense is still suspect, Tyler Polumbus can play ZBS in the run, but is a turnstile in pass pro. We have a rookie 6th round pick starting at FS, a rookie 2nd rounder starting at CB and question marks at the SS, interior OL and DE position. And here's the biggest question mark...RG3. I think he is still a huge question mark. Can he play the whole season? Will he be able to hold back the ego long enough to know when to slide, instead of the need to prove he can get that extra 18 inches by diving for it? Has he learn how to slide? He has something to prove and I am concerned that the will to show everyone his ability will cause him to make poor decisions at the cost of the team. Nothing he has done this off-season has shown me he is less focused on what he is capable of doing than what is best for this team.

Mike, I love your enthusiasm my friend, but I have bled burgundy and gold longer than you have. It does not mean I am more or less a fan, so don't question my love for the Skins because I have concerns and don't have the rosy outlook most of you do.

I said 13-3 a few weeks ago, and I'm sticking to it. Total domination. The defense will even manage to make Haslett look like a defensive genius. DeAngelo Hall, who I have publicly hated here and elsewhere for years, will have a career year.

19-0....

....never have to be reminded of SB7 again.

I am equally concerned about everything El has said here. I'll add that we snuck up on people last year and this year RG's knee has a bigger target on it. Players from other teams admitted that RG3 was different live than he was on tape and we will not get that benefit this year.

I'd like to say ALL THE WAY BABY!!! & CHAMPIONSHIP!!! But I will say 10-6 because we are a year further along with our offense that was historic last year. I'll always pray for better, but this is what I see being a best case scenario for us.

At least 10-6.

What some of my fellow Skins brethren need to wrap their heads around is this:

We can play with anyone in the league.

Because we're smart enough

We're talented enough

And doggone it...we have a franchise QB

We may not go 13-3 or 14-2 but I guarantee you this.....nobody will want to play us and those that do, win or lose, will walk away with a limp.

:cool4:

13-3.

We are being overlooked by almost every self-annoited 'expert' in the business.

By the end of the year they will each say that they knew how good we'd be all along.

And I will just laugh at them.

Love the optimism in here.....ill say 10-6. Agree with El on some points of concern and also believe a year of tape on Kyle's system will have teams better prepped for us.
