Good Morning!

Do you get some Kale to cook up after the race? Or is that the wrong Kale...

Thanks guys! Taking the Misses down to the pool try get some sun and relax. Hopefully everybody at the pool gets grossed out by her water breaking at the pool!

In the immortal words of Fred Flinstone's neighbor, "Everybody into the pyool!"

Up until today, given the country setting of the ride, I thought that's what it meant. But turns out 'Kale' is a wheel-chair bound guy. The ride raises tons of $$ for people injured in accidents and he was the first beneficiary.

That's awesome! Does he ride with anyone? My friend who runs ASA runs tri-athalons so they have some bikes set up for those confined to a wheel chair.

No - he didn't look to be in any kind of shape to ride. Cool to hear him greet the crowd before the ride though.

What a day/weekend for good news! Let us know when he arrives. :)

A friend in Tennessee lost her savannah cat about a month ago when it ran out the front door suddenly. There had been numerous sightings since then, but no luck in finding him. Lo and behold, he is back home as of a short time ago. Awesome news!

And, I could be moving to another location within a year or two - most likely the Memphis area.

And. And. And...

RG3!!! :D

I thought you had seen what my friend does. Not sure what condition he was in, but my friend David runs Athletes Servings Athletes. The challenged individuals Dave works with don't actually ride, they are in specialized carts to ride, run or swim in the tri-athalons with an athlete. I thought maybe the organizers of Kale's ride might have done something similar.

regardless, kudos to you for participating!

And thanks BB. I will let you guys know when Patrick gets here! Oh and Memphis?

Well, we are playing the waiting game at the hospital. Little Patrick should be here sometime today...nurses educated guess is likely around noonish.

Congrats El! So excited for you, that is wonderful news. Post some pics on FB for us.

Goal, we will be holding off on the FB notifications for a few days. I will post a pic here when I get the chance. I have my camera here. And don't worry guys...I will not post a pic of the baby's head crowning! I won't be looking down that end much less taking pics!

Yes sir. Stay on the right side of the curtain. I went and looked at the crowning situation on our first, and nearly passed out, to the point the doctor stopped working on the baby, and asked me if I was all right.

Good times.

I am proud to announce that I am the father of a very healthy baby boy!

Patrick Michael, a.k.a. Greg Manusky, was born today at 14:23. He weighed in a whopping 10lbs 2oz...poor Ms Piggy, she's a trooper! Not sure how much you guys know about head and chest size, but his head was a large 14 and a half inches and his chest was even bigger! 15 inches. Biggest baby born in this hospital in a while. He was the talk of the whole Maternity Ward. And thank God he is beautiful like his mother!

The doctor made the mistake of telling me I was looking at a future MLB of the NY Giants, I looked him dead in the eyes and said you are sadly mistaken there my friend! Future MLB of the Washington Redskins!

Thank you all for your support! I have been blessed beyond measure! There is a new Redskins' fan in the world!

I am so happy for you Brian! Congrats! And you will enjoy most of the moments, just maybe retroactively, not during 2am feedings ;)

At that size, more like an OL for the Redskins. Heck, at that size, more like the OL all by himself!

Congratulations!!!
