Well, Dana White cleared up everything at this week's press conference.
Basically he said don't believe anything Chael has said about not fighting Silva.

I had a commitment that had me out til after the fights so I recorded them. With 105 minutes of possible fight time adding on 3 minutes for each fight for intros and that leaves about 120 minutes of programming. That left a full 40 minutes for Fox to sell air time coupled with the pop up ads during the fight, but was that enough? Nooooo! Guess who forgot to set the DVR for extended time!!! I was cut off at the beginning of the 4th round of Davis v. Evans!

Chael Sonnen sucks! I cannot believe one of the judges scored it 30-27. I could easily seen have seen a split decision, but Sonnen did not win all three rounds. Bisping rocked him good in the 2nd round. For the 1st time I will be rooting for Anderson Silva to annihilate someone!

That was a weak card on Fox. At least the prelims were better. And although I am no fan of Bisping, I think he won that fight.

Bisping is a great fighter, with an amazing record, having beaten some very tough opponents. If Bis would have won, it would have been him facing Silva. And Bis and Sonnen match up very well. It's not a bad reflection on Sonnen. Sonnen may not have been a true unanimous or a 30-27, but he definitely won a split.

And he's still the best guy to go against Silva. Do you really think Bis would fare better against Silva ? Unless Silva has vastly improved his takedown defense, it could be a bad night for Silva.

I don't know why you didn't like the other cards. There was some interesting and entertaining stuff there.

Oliviera with the rarest of calf-slicers ?
Cub Swansons mouthpiece flying KO ?
Dunham tearing up Lentz ?
Weidman upsetting Meia on 11 days notice ?

The other cards were okay....especially the Swanson KO.

I meant that the main card on Fox was disappointing. People are going crazy on Dana today. Not like it's his fault. I think the pressure of being on Fox may make them too tight.

Although the Diaz fight should finally provide some fireworks for Fox.

The problem doesn't lie in the fight card as much as it lies in the expectations of the fans. They want to see a knock out like Cub Swanson every fight. They don't want to see a technical fight, wrestling match, or grappling. They want to see Frank Mir break someone's arm or mouth pieces flying. I thought the Sonnen v. Bisping was a good fight. Bisping matched up well against Sonnen. I just think Bisping scored better in that fight. I thought the 1st 3 rounds of the Davis v Evans fight was a good fight. They found themselves in a wrestling match with Evans having a better overall arsenal. That's why he won that fight.

Unspectacular fights? Absolutely, but that's what you get the majority of the time.

The fighter I feel for is Chris Weidman, he looked bad last night in the 3rd round, winded mostly. It just shows how tough it is to fight and drop weight on such short notice. He will get some consideration from Zuffa for that, but the fans are less likely to give him a break. The third round of that fight was terrible!

Best fight of the night belongs to Dunham v. Lentz. I would like to have seen a 3rd round. Both fighters earned a $65k bonus for that fight.

Carlos Condit may be the most disciplined MMA fighter I have ever seen! Great job Carlos!

Diaz is a whiny little girl! He did nothing to win that fight! So he says he's going to quit!

Oh...Big Country is a beast!

Nick Diaz just tested positive for pot. He's going to face a suspension. This is his second failed test. He was suspended for six months the first time.

It's a shame because the kid really is one of the best out there. He is a special talent. He's just a dick! I know he doesn't care enough, but if he cared just enough, I believe he could beat GSP. Could...

So glad Bader kicked the **** out of Q-Jackson's ass.
I can't stand fighters who showboat and taunt other fighters by putting their hands down. They deserve to be crushed.

And if you missed this fight, you missed one of the greatest UFC comebacks, ever :

Yeah, the card last night was entirely too long, but there were a couple of good fights. Henderson is not the best at 155. Diaz and Pettis are both good enough to beat him. Frankie was just too small. Maybe this will set up Edgar to drop and fight Aldo. Who knows?

As for the Boescth fight, that was a helluva comeback. He was being dominated! I am not sure I agree with Rogan, best in the history of the UFC? I don't think so. Maynard destroyed Edgar in the first couple of rounds in their draw and in the rubber match he dominated just the same only to get crushed in the 4th.

And while Rampage is wearing on me, he is done as one of the best at his weight in the UFC. As the fighters get more skilled, his brawn isn't cutting it anymore.

Well, within minutes, Rogan was recanting that claim, sayin that he got a little over-excited and carried away in that statement, and there were a few better comebacks, including Edgar's.

Nahhhh....Rogan get overly excited ???

Yeah right! The whole night Rogan screams, "WHOA!", every time there was any action. This was the first card I can say, I just wanted it to end.

Just a friendly reminder....

Fight fan or not, do everything you can to be by a sports bar at 10 pm est tonight, or find a free stream to see Bones Jones do his thing against Rashad.

This fight is huge.

The fight is blown out of proportion because of their relationship. Rashad is too aggressive and if he doesn't catch Jones, who showed in the Machida fight he has a chin, he is gonna get caught in the choke.

Jones choked Machida out standing up! Kid is unbeatable by any of the current crop of Light Heavy Weights.

I can't wait El. It's been killing me for weeks.

I'm not so excited because of the hype....I'm just excited to get another chance to see Jones. To me, he is the most exciting fighter since Tyson in his prime, or since the first time I saw Royce Gracie back in the day. He's just amazing.

I do believe that this fight might be a little boring though. Rashad is skilled enough to just sit back and avoid punishment if that is how he chooses to fight. He's acting like he wants to get into his chest, but when the fight really begins, he may just want to avoid getting knocked out, or being choked out like Machida.

I really hope he decides to come out and fight.
